Right now we are expanding our business and are looking to recruit an experienced Regional Sales Manager to cover the Central Belt.

Initially, your challenge will be to manage one Sales Team consisting of 6-8 Sales Executives however as our business continues to grow you could be managing up to four Sales Teams across the central belt. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring your sales force are hitting and exceeding targets as well as motivating, training and supporting them on a daily basis. Industry experience is not required however it is imperative that you have a proven track record in sales management and direct sales. You should be a positive, confident and motivational person who has the enthusiasm and drive to be successful.

In return for your hard work and dedication you can expect to receive an excellent basic salary and commission. This means your on target earnings could be £60k+ in your first year and as your teams increase, your earnings will too.

CR Smith has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and professional Telesales Agent to join our Commercial Division, working from our factory offices in Cowdenbeath. The Commercial Division has been established for over 20 years, however there are significant plans for growth and this Telesales role is key in expanding the business. The role will involve: contacting potential large commercial customers including local authorities, housing associations and developers to promote our Lorimer range of windows and doors; establishing interest in CR Smith products; and following up to secure tendering opportunities.

Suitable candidates must have experience in business to business telesales, have an excellent telephone manner and be computer literate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.

CR Smith has 2 part-time vacancies within its Head Office, 1 working 2 evenings per week (Mon. & Tue.) from 5pm-9.30pm plus Sunday 10am-5.30pm and the other working 3 evenings per week (Wed. - Fri.) from 5pm-9.30pm plus Saturday 9am-5.30pm.

This is a supervisory, hands-on role working as part of a team, booking appointments from inbound customer calls. Other duties include liaising with sales management, taking responsibility for achieving targets and co-ordinating sales diaries in designated areas.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years inbound call handling experience within a sales environment, a proven track record in achieving targets and the ability to lead a small team. In addition, candidates must be articulate, enthusiastic, have excellent attention to detail and be self-motivated to work within a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidates will be tasked with generating new leads for our Sales Executives by making outbound calls to previous and brand new customers.

Ideally you will have 1-2 yrs minimum experience within an outbound contact centre or within a customer facing role e.g. retail. These positions are based on the telephone and require you to update our computer system at the same time; therefore you should be an excellent multi-tasker!

As with all Telecanvassing positions you will be working to achieve and over achieve on set targets upon which you can expect to earn generous weekly and monthly bonuses as well as other incentives guaranteed to keep you motivated!
